T & M Restaurants, owned by and Mike and Gail Morehead, purchased Carvers Steaks & Chops in February of 2003. Since then, Carvers has undergone extensive changes to its menu, interior, catering capabilities, and much of the staff. Carvers is not a chain restaurant - we are a privately- owned, independently- operated local steakhouse.
