Restaurants, owned by Tom Fulkerson and Mike Morehead,
purchased Carvers Steaks & Chops in February of 2003.
Since then, Carvers has undergone extensive changes to
its menu, interior, catering capabilities, and much of
the staff. Carvers is not a chain restaurant - we are a
privately- owned, independently- operated local steakhouse.
Andrew
Boyer has been the General Manager at Carvers since Tom
and Mike purchased the restaurant in February, 2003. Originally
from New Orleans, Andrew can often be found in the kitchen
adding a bit of Cajun flair to many of our appetizers
and entrees. In his very limited free time, Andrew can
occasionally be found on the golf course or spending time
with his wife and 3 year-old son.
